Blackberry & Almond Butter Porridge
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup oats
2 cups plant milk
1 cup frozen berries (I used blackberries)
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp almond butter
Method
Place oats in small pot with the milk and cook until soft. If you overcook them and they go really stodgy then just add more milk and stir. While the oats are cooking place berries in a separate pot with the water and cook until defrosted. Spoon oats into a bowl, cover in berries and almond butter.
