Cinnamon & Honey Baked Stone Fruits 

Serves 6

Ingredients

6 Apricots
6 Red Plums
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp liquid honey

Method
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees C. Chop fruit in half and where you can remove the stones trying not to break the flesh of the fruit too much. Place each half in a lined baking tray, cut half facing up. Sprinkle cinnamon, smoothing out with your finger where necessary. Drizzle in honey and place in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
