Ingredients
1.5 cups plant milk (I used hemp seed milk)
2 cups oats
2 bananas
Pinch cinnamon
Vegan butter or coconut oil
Method
Put all ingredients and blend until smooth. Place a quarter of the butter/ coconut oil into a pan and turn on medium. Once it’s all melted and spread throughout the pan, ladle the mixture into whichever size pancakes you want. Once it starts bubbling, flip pancake and cook for another minute. Remove from the pan and put on a plate and into the oven to keep warm on a low heat. Continue this process until all the batter is gone. Stack pancakes onto plates and top with whatever you feel like. I used coconut yoghurt, blueberries and chopped hazelnuts.
