Ingredients
1 cup oats
2 cups nut milk
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp honey
Toppings:
1 Nectarine
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp butter/ coconut oil
Method
Place oats, spices and milk in a pot on a low heat, stir occasionally. Slice up the nectarine and add to the pot with the remaining cinnamon and either butter or coconut oil. Stir and flip as needed. Boil some water and fill the serving bowls with it just as the porridge is finishing up. Tip the water out and spoon porridge into bowls. Place a dollop of yoghurt on top of each, followed by the nectarines then a sprinkle of raspberries. Serves 2.
